How do I create a goal?
Tap the "+" button on the Goals screen, enter your goal, and our AI will generate three refined versions (Simple, Detailed, Challenge) for you to choose from.
How does daily proof work?
Each day, submit a photo or text entry as proof of your progress. Our AI will provide personalized feedback to keep you motivated. Your streak increases with consecutive daily submissions.
How do I earn badges?
Complete goals to earn badges and rank up! There are 6 ranks: Starter → Achiever → Challenger → Champion → Master → Legend. Each completed goal brings you closer to the next rank.
How do I remove ads?
Tap the "Remove Ads" button on the Profile screen to make a one-time purchase. This will permanently remove all advertisements from the app.
How do I restore my purchase?
If you've purchased ad removal but ads are still showing, tap "Restore Purchase" on the Profile screen. This will verify your purchase with the App Store and restore your ad-free experience.
Can I edit a goal after creating it?
Currently, you cannot edit an active goal's title or description. However, you can delete a goal and create a new one. We're working on adding edit functionality in a future update.
What happens if I miss a day?
Missing a day will reset your current streak, but it won't affect your overall progress toward completing the goal. You can continue submitting proofs on the next day.

Sign In Issues
If you're having trouble signing in with Google or Apple:
- Make sure you're connected to the internet
- Check that you've granted the necessary permissions in your device settings
- Try signing out and signing back in
- If the issue persists, contact us at the email above
Delete Your Account
To permanently delete your account and all associated data:
- Open the app and go to the Profile screen
- Tap "Delete Account" at the bottom of the screen
- Confirm the deletion
Warning: This action cannot be undone. All your goals, proofs, and progress will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
