Welcome to Share My Goal ("App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Share My Goal, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to comply with these Terms. If you are using the App on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Share My Goal is a goal management application that provides the following features:

• AI Goal Refinement: Using Google Gemini AI, the App generates three refined versions of your goals (Simple, Detail, and Challenge) to help you set actionable targets.
• Daily Proof Submission: You can submit daily text and photo evidence of your progress toward your goals.
• AI Feedback: The App provides AI-generated encouragement and insights on your daily submissions.
• Badge & Rank System: A six-tier ranking system (Starter, Achiever, Challenger, Champion, Master, Legend) rewards consistency and goal completion.
• Progress Tracking: Streak tracking and statistics to help you stay motivated.

3. User Accounts and Responsibilities

To use the App, you must sign in using a Google or Apple account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• All activities that occur under your account.
• Ensuring that the content you submit (goals, proofs, images) does not violate any applicable laws or third-party rights.
• Not using the App for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.

4. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, graphics, logos, and other content, is owned by Share My Goal and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App without our prior written consent.

You retain ownership of the content you create and submit through the App (goals, proofs, images). By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and process your content solely to provide the App's services.

5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

The App uses Google Gemini AI to generate refined goal versions and feedback. Please be aware that:

• AI-generated content is provided for informational and motivational purposes only.
• AI outputs may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate for your specific situation.
• You should exercise your own judgment when acting on AI-generated suggestions.
• We are not responsible for any decisions or actions you take based on AI-generated content.
• AI-generated content does not constitute professional advice (medical, financial, legal, or otherwise).

6. Advertising

The App displays advertisements through Google AdMob. By using the App, you acknowledge that:

• Ads may be displayed within the App as part of the free service.
• Ad content is provided by third-party advertisers and we do not endorse or guarantee the products or services advertised.
• AdMob may collect certain device and usage data to deliver relevant ads, as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Service Modifications and Termination

We reserve the right to:

• Modify, update, or discontinue the App or any of its features at any time, with or without notice.
• Change these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
• Suspend or terminate your access to the App for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant changes through the App or by updating the "Last updated" date above.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
• Our total liability for any claims related to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.
• We are not responsible for any loss of data, including goals, proofs, or account information.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Korea.
